I can only say I am having the best care I could wish for. All of the staff are very kind and caring but I am especially gratefull to Caroline and Julie. I don't see any way my treatment could be improved upon.

Staff are looking after my husband beautifully. Always a kind word or gesture. I would like to see a whiteboard on the patients bed or at least in the room which could be used by family to make three statements about the patient which can be read by staff at a glance and improve their knowledge.

I was very unhappy about coming in because the only comparison I had was hospital. It is nothing like hospital, it very homely and the nurse have time to care. It has been a very positive experience.

The caring and support. Nothing too much trouble - time to give. Altho' I ask for small portions the food is always too much. Its such a waste.
